Dashboard for Entities
Disability service agencies and organizations, collectively called entities, can open, manage and view accounts online in the Entity Management Dashboard. Entities will also be able to generate and download reports directly from the dashboard, which will help streamline account management.
Before getting started, an entity must ensure they have the authority to open and manage the IAble account as an authorized individual for each eligible individual included in their dashboard.
Registering for the Entity Management Dashboard

The entity’s control person registers the entity.

A notarized Entity Certification Form (PDF) is uploaded to the “Upload Required Documentation” screen during registration.

Once the registration is approved, the control person can log in to the dashboard and assign authorized representatives to open, manage and/or view accounts. The control person and authorized representatives are called “team members.”
Opening Accounts
Once the entity is successfully registered, team members can open IAble accounts on behalf of people they serve, as long as they have the authority to do so. If an entity previously used paper forms to manage accounts, and the accounts were opened correctly, they will see those accounts populated in the dashboard.
If an entity previously used paper forms and the accounts were opened incorrectly, the accounts will need to be corrected. Contact us to review the accounts with our IAble savings specialists.
